As part of our #CoffeeReimagined campaign – we partnered with the talented foodie, Amy Barrett, also known as Chocdaisy, whom created a delicious Coffee Granola Recipe using our Costa Rica Single Origin beans.
Amy is a self-confessed chocoholic and a florist whom is currently studying nutritional medicine. She shares delicious recipes on her website and Instagram, these recipes all reflect her love of real food made beautiful, simple, nutritious and affordable.

Coffee Granola Recipe by @Chocdaisy
Ingredients
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/4 cup pepita seed
1/4 sunflower seed
1/4 cup cashew nuts, roughly chopped
1/4 cup Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
1 cup of coconut flakes
1 tsp Vanilla powder
1 shot of Jamaica blue Costa Rica single origin coffee Jamaica blue
3 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 160c.
Combine the coconut, seeds, vanilla, salt and nuts in a bowl and stir to combine.
In a small saucepan combine the rice malt syrup, coconut oil and shot of espresso & bring to a gentle simmer. Pour over the seed and nut mixture and stir to combine.
Place on a lined oven tray and bake for about 15 minutes checking it half way through and stirring it around so that it cooks evenly. Once it is crispy and golden it’s done, let it cool on the tray. Once it is cool, store in a sealed glass jar.
