(1) Promotion runs from 9am – 5pm 31 March only.
(2) Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years and over except directors, employees and immediate families of the Promoter, its related entities and the owner, directors, employees and immediate families of Jamaica Blue Marketfair café.
(3) To enter you must spend $15 or more at Jamaica Blue Marketfair (the Café), obtain, complete
and lodge an entry form at the café including in it your statement for your favourite coffee.
Entries other than on the entry form or accompanied by other documents or items will not be
accepted. While the competition is open, you may enter each time you make a purchase at the Café.
(4) Entries will be forwarded to the promoter’s premises where they will be judged on 9 April 2018. On 10 April 2018, the winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
(5) By entering you agree that your entry becomes the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
The Promoter may make copies or publish any entry in any form or media. The Promoter is not liable for any loss of entries.
(6) The best valid entry as determined by the judges on the basis of creative and literary merit will win the prize. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with respect to it.
(7) The prize is a free small coffee valid for one day, every day for one month from the Jamaica Blue café that the entry was drawn. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation. The Promoter is not liable for any damage or loss where a winner forfeits their prize.
(8) The daily free small coffee will be linked to the winners Caribbean Crew loyalty card. Card must be swiped at the Jamaica Blue café the prize was drawn from to redeem. The winner therefore acknowledges that if they are not already a registered Caribbean Crew loyalty member that they will need to become a registered Caribbean Crew loyalty member in order to access the prize.
(9) Prize redemption commences on 13 April 2018 and ends on 13 May 2018.
(10) The winner consents to the use of his/her name, residential suburb and
photograph for promotional purposes in any media.
(11) Entrants consent to the Promoter retaining their personal information
and to being contacted by the Promoter in relation to future promotions.
If after receiving the first email from the Promoter, you wish to opt out of
receiving further information you may do so.
(12) The Promoter’s privacy policy applies to all personal information
provided by entrants. This can be viewed on www.jamaicablue.com.au.
